Method Statement: Project plans documenting project tasks and phases are adapted to incorporate a method statement including relevant mitigation for each identified risk and issue. Each method is combined into a single master Method Statement as a high level overview.

Predictions made by Quotatis, a building service matching organisation is predicting that home maintenance will double as homeowners seek to add value to their properties.

According to Quotatis, credit crunch fears are prompting homeowners to strengthen existing investments, and fewer people are thinking about selling their homes. Current properties are seen as long term investments, these are being maintained and improved.

Quotatis is already reporting 15 per cent increase in requests compared to last year, this increase is expected to double.

It would be very interesting to hear other views on this prediction.
